Exhibiting at UKHCA Conferences

UKHCA organises a comprehensive series of conferences and workshops for homecare providers and commissioners. UK-wide coverage provides advertisers with opportunities to present their products to customers from different parts of the British Isles.

Prices include:

• Exhibition table (approximately 180cm x 90cm)
• Admission and attendance at the conference for a maximum of 2 exhibitors
• Space for a stand no wider than 340 cm (11’) at widest point when fully extended.
• Complimentary tea and coffee for each exhibitor
• Lunch (where this forms part of the conference event)
• Access to one AC power socket, where available

Prices exclude:

• AC extension cabling
• Exhibition stand lighting
• Telephone, fax or data connection points

Important Notes:

• No exhibition area may be selected without the prior agreement of an authorised UKHCA representative. Positioning of exhibition areas is at the sole discretion of UKHCA.
• Space will not be offered unless full payment is received in advance. We regret that exhibitors who have not complied with this term will be declined admission.
• Exhibitors erecting one or more stands exceeding a combined width of 340 cm (11’) at their widest point will be asked to remove them from the exhibition area.
• Delegate lists will be provided in hard copy on the day of the conference. They are not available in electronic format.
• When exhibition areas are located in the main conference hall, stands may only be erected or dismantled before or after the conference or during the refreshment and lunch breaks.

Delegate Pack Inserts

Organisations may place promotional materials or leaflets in UKHCA conference delegates’ packs.

Space is subject to availability and UKHCA reserves the right to reject any materials or leaflets that do not accord with the good repute of the Association or the ASA CAP Code of Practice.

Please see our conferences page for details of forthcoming conferences and events. All items for inclusion in delegate packs must pre-booked and reach UKHCA at least two weeks before event.
