For those employers looking for a cost-effective method of providing qualifications, which is not reliant on the availability of funding , the Centre will assist with the development of in house assessment strategies. Partnership working with UKHCAThe Centre offers employers the opportunity to work in partnership for the delivery of NVQ Levels 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care. This can be achieved through either:
UKHCA Associate AssessorsThe work-based assessors remain in the employment of the individual organisation but become UKHCA Associate Assessors. They can deliver vocational qualifications through the UKHCA Centre. Organisations that have chosen this method of providing qualifications often find that the quality of care delivered increases, whilst staff turnover decreases.
