Conference AdvertisingFrom time to time we can offer advertisers a limited number of exhibition stands and the opportunity to insert advertising materials into the delegate packs at our conferences and workshops. These are available on a first come, first served basis with payment in advance. Exhibition StandsSpace varies according to the event venue. Generally we can provide space to the equivalent of a 6’ x 3’ table. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the availability of sockets, additional equipment etc. in the room. Our conference organiser determines whether and where stands can be located, according to the venue. Delegate Pack InsertsAdvertisers may include their own publicity material in delegate packs for our conferences and workshops, to a maximum of 6 advertisers. The maximum insert page size is A4 and rates vary according to the number of A4 pages and maximum number of delegates for the event. We are unable to accommodate bulky or oversized materials in our delegate packs. SponsorshipWe have received a number of requests to sponsor our workshops. At present we are concentrating on running these events under UKHCA branding only BookingsFor details of our conference programme, see our conferences page.
