Bluefin offers specialist insurance broking advice to Nursing and Domiciliary Care Agencies and as the UKHCA recommended Insurance Brokers arrange and administer the UKHCA insurance scheme for its members. The policy offers a wide scope of covers including Employers Liability and Public Liability, Medical Malpractice Errors and Omissions, Material Damage and Business Interruption. In addition, the policy includes a separate Abuse Liability Section which ensures contract certainty and Professional Indemnity cover that satisfies local authority contractual requirements. The Scheme is recognised as a market leader in the care industry for nursing and domiciliary care providers and as a major benefit of UKHCA membership.
