Care Co-ordinator responsibilities - Manchester 22/02/2018

The Care Co-ordinator is essential to the smooth running of the homecare agency. Although the role may vary slightly between organisations, it is always challenging and complex.

This one day course aims to support both established and new Care co-ordinators develop their role. Topics covered include:

  • Effective Time management
  • To help you understand yourself and evaluate your own performance, including identifying your further training requirements.
  • Have a basic understanding of responsibilities including HR, Contract responsibilities, and Safe Practice.
  • Why we need to carry out quality assurance (QA) audits and monitor the service.
  • Have an understanding of customer service and people management skills.

UKHCA’s trainers are all specialists’ trainers, with relevant qualifications, in-depth knowledge and work based experience in the sector. For individual trainer biography’s, please see the delegate pack issued on the day of training.

You will have the opportunity to meet and network with others in the same role and share best practice. Lunch and refreshments are included.
