CQC – proving compliance - Birmingham 15/03/2018

You must be a provider or commercial member to take advantage of our member rates. Members - Please log in to ensure you get our discounted member prices.

This popular training day will give you a clear insight into the Fundamental standards (2015) and key lines of enquiry, and how to evidence that these are being met effectively. This will enable you to prove to CQC that your service is as high quality as you believe it is.

The Care Quality Commission has a remit to ensure compliance with the regulations set out in the Fundamental standards 2015. However, in practice this can prove quite an onerous task, and organisations have been asking—”Where do we start?” the workshop will outline the different types of evidence that might be considered for each KLOE. Providers will also be able to understand how the inspection process works and how ratings are awarded.

You will have the opportunity to meet and network with others in the same role and share best practice.

Lunch and refreshments are included.

UKHCA’s trainers are all specialists’ trainers, with relevant qualifications, in-depth knowledge and work based experience in the sector.
