The difficult financial climate means homecare providers need to ensure they receive payment for their services promptly to maintain cash flow and the financial health of their business. Our revised factsheet explores some of the tougher issues for homecare providers, namely credit references, late payment of debts and debt factoring. Originally published in 2009 and updated in August 2016.
