Dementia care – How to deal with the challenges of communication

Jennifer Roberts, former Dementia Lead for UKHCA, looks at the communication challenges in caring for a person with dementia, and offers some practical tips for care staff, in two topical articles for Homecarer magazine (featured in May and July 2012 editions respectively).
