UKHCA Guidance on UK competition law issues

The functions of the Office of Fair Trading and the Competition Commission have now been taken over by a new Competition and Markets Authority. In the light of these changes, UKHCA preferred solicitors Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP have revised their note for members on key areas of UK competition law. The note draws on recent authoritative guidance, and includes examples of how and when competition law can apply to members, what key risks members should be aware of, and considers cartels and the stricter penalties that can be invoked if competition law is breached.
