Medication record keeping and notifications - clarification from CQC

UKHCA has raised queries about medication, in particular record keeping and notifications with CQC. This is the reply of Deb Holland, Head of Inspection, Adult Social Care, CQC (Central West), who is UKHCA's relationship manager as a representative association for social care providers. This was circulated to members in January 2016.
