National Minimum Wage Compliance in Live in Care - FAQs

This document is available to UKHCA members only. Information on how to join UKHCA.

UKHCA preferred solicitors Anthony Collins Solicitors LLP have prepared Frequently Asked Questions for live in care providers on National Minimum Wage compliance, which address complicated issues live-in homecare providers encounter when seeking to ensure compliance with the National Minimum Wage (“NMW”) Regulations, remind providers of their key obligations under NMW legislation and provide answers to the most common questions providers ask of UKHCA. Revised in April 2019 to include legal changes to payslips.

UKHCA members are advised to take advice from our legal helpline, operated by Anthony Collins Solicitors, on their individual circumstances when using the FAQs.
