United Kingdom Homecare Association (UKHCA), the leading representative organisation for homecare providers is pleased to confirm the following elections to officer positions on UKHCA's non-executive board, as follows (notes 3 and 4):

Dominique Kent, Chief Operating Officer at The Good Care Group and UKHCA board member for Band 1, was elected to the position of Vice Chair of UKHCA.

David Chalk, Managing Director of Windrush Care and UKHCA board member for Band 1, was elected to the position of Honorary Secretary.

UKHCA's Chair, Trevor Brocklebank, said:

"I would like to congratulate Dominique and David on their election. They have both demonstrated their commitment to representing our members' views and we are delighted that they are willing to offer additional support for governance of UKHCA."

Trevor also confirmed that Roger Berry has sadly decided that, due to a change in his personal circumstances, he will no longer be assuming his role as UKHCA's new Chief Executive and will be returning full time to his home in Wiltshire. Trevor extended the Association's good wishes for Roger's success in the future.

Trevor said:

"While the Association seeks another Chief Executive, I will work closely with the strong Leadership Team of Peter Randall, Colin Angel and Andrew Heffernan to ensure we continue to drive forward our plans for representing and supporting our members."
