Dehydration is a serious issue for older people, as it can have potential adverse effects on how they function and their clinical outcome.

Wessex AHSN (in collaboration with Hampshire County Council) is working on improving hydration for people who use domiciliary care or who live in care homes, and has produced a range of resources to support providers on the importance of good hydration, and how to improve hydration in the domiciliary care settings.
