Visiting care homes during coronavirusVisiting care homes during coronavirus

Guidance has been issued on visiting care homes during coronavirus in England. This is aimed at directors of public health, care providers and others who'll be involved in planning to enable visits to care homes.

Visits by a single constant vistor, per resident, are allowed to re-commence from 22 July, subject to the advice in the guidance, which covers PPE, visit frequency and social distancing, plus the need for record keeping and making arrangements in advance for visits.
