The Department for Health and Social Care have published a policy paper on how they will support people's mental health this winter.
The plan includes a section on support for the social care workforce, referencing Our Frontline and Hospice UK's counselling and trauma helpline. They also mention the bespoke practical support that they have put together working with the NHS and Skills for Care, including support for Registered Managers and the Care Workforce app.
