Update to Better Care Fund and funding to support people with disabilities to live independentlyUpdate to Better Care Fund and funding to support people with disabilities to live independently

The government have announced £68 million will be available in grants to support disabled people to adapt their homes so that they can live independently.

Details of the £4 billion Better Care Fund for 2020 to 2021 were also confirmed. The Fund is intended to support the integration of health and social care.
