The Kings Fund have published a report on "Stories from social care leadership: Progress amid pestilence and penury".

The Welsh Government have published an Evaluation of the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014, part of ongoing work to review the legislation. Ministerial statement. Evaluation reports 

The Public Accounts Committee in the UK Government have published a report on Government procurement and supply of PPE. One finding of the report was that "The Department's focus on supporting hospitals meant assistance to social care providers was neglected."

The Care Policy Evaluation Centre have published a report on Supporting [unpaid] Carers following the implementatioon of the Care Act 2014. The report found that "the impact of strengthened carer rights appears to have been limited by the requirement for local authorities to keep within budget, and as a result these rights have not led to greater access to support for carers."
