The Government has published the COVID-19 vaccination uptake plan which sets out how the government and NHS England are partnering with directors of public health, charities and the faith sector to increase vaccine take up and ensure equal access. The plan aims to boost vaccine uptake in vulnerable and under-served groups.

The move came as online bookings for vaccinations were extended to frontline health and social care workers, as well as those of 65 and over and clinically extremely vulnerable people: Coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine - NHS (www.nhs.uk)
