Lateral flow tests are set to become universally available twice a week in Scotland, according to the First Minister. Nicola Sturgeon has said that further information on how people can access the tests and from when could be provided later this week.

Meanwhile, Scotland's 'Stay at Home' guidance has now been replaced with the 'Stay Local' message. A full timetable on the relaxing of coronavirus restrictions has been published, with further outdoor socialising being allowed from 26 April. It is hoped that up to four people from up to two households will be permitted to socialise in-home from 17 May.
