END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR UKHCA MEDICATION POLICY TEMPLATE IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY:
This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and United Kingdom Homecare Association Limited (UKHCA) for the UKHCA Medication Policy Template that accompanies this EULA, which includes associated media (“Software”).
YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE SOFTWARE; YOU MAY RETURN IT TO YOUR PLACE OF PURCHASE FOR A FULL REFUND, IF APPLICABLE
UKHCA grants the right to install this software on any machine within your organisation and/or install this software on a single machine belonging to an employee of the organisation with the understanding that it must be removed immediately when their employment ends.
This license grants the use of this software by one organisation only.
You may use this software as many times as you wish but any policies produced must be for the exclusive use of the organisation to which this license is granted.
You may not give, lend, rent or sell this software to any third party.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
Any policy produced by this software should be thoroughly read and checked before adopting. Providers should make suitable adjustments to reflect their organisation’s circumstances, contractual obligations, indemnity insurance and any conditions placed on their registration by any statutory regulator.
Providers are advised to seek their own legal advice before adopting any medication policy.
The software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and treaties. UKHCA owns the title, copyright and other intellectual property rights in the software.
UKHCA accepts no liability for organisations acting or refraining from acting solely on the information contained in the software. UKHCA shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if UKHCA has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case UKHCA’s entire liability under any provision of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Software. These limitations do not apply to any liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable laws.
